Limited Warranty

Residential Use

PVC furniture frames are warranted under normal use against defects in material to the original purchaser for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. All workmanship, cushions, fabrics, stitching, welting, buttons, and slings and metal components are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. These warranties are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All claims must be submitted in writing to us describing the defect claimed, together with proof of purchase.  The customer must return the defective item(s) to the factory at their own expense, and if, after inspection by the manufacturer it is determined that the claim is valid in accordance with the terms of the warranty, the manufacturer agrees at its option to repair or replace the defective item(s) or replace the entire product.  The manufacturer will assume 100% of the cost of materials and labor for approved claims, and for return freight to the customer.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects as specified herein and does not include defects or damages caused by accidents, fire, flood, or other Acts of God, or by misuse, improper cleaning, abuse or mishandling, vandalism or any other occurrences beyond normal use or outside of the manufacturer's or our control.

The warranty statements made in this certificate are the only warranties, express or implied, extended by us, and the provisions herein shall constitute the customer’s exclusive remedy.  We shall not be liable to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, or for breach of any written or implied warranty on the manufacturers' products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is not transferable by the original purchaser and is validated on the purchase date.

Commercial Use

When products are used in a commercial environment, all items are warranted under the same terms as above, with the exception that the warranty period for ALL items is for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
